Sociocracy: governance by the “socios” – those who work together. Dynamic Self-Governance is an effective participatory decision making process based on equivalence of power of all participants regardless of their position in an organization’s managerial hierarchy. Sociocracy redesigns traditional organizational decision making transforms ownership structure and compensation while valuing efficiency and profit!

Both days sliding scale $150-70(avg. $120). Saturday or Sunday only $90-35 (avg. $75).

Sunday only registration requires a minimum of 6 hours previous Sociocracy training.

All welcome regardless of ability to contribute financially.
